Rise of the Insatiable Spirit...

Well it finally descended upon me!

This ain't gonna help...
Not the moon lit night camping at the banks of Ganges!
Not the 2 days of muscle-tearing, heart-stopping, nerve wrecking "White Water Rafting" at Rishikesh
Not even the 15 metres of butt-wrecking high cliff jumping. (ya, u read it right, try it to experience it)
Not the weekend tours to the malls in a city with a mall density of more than 10 per sq. km)
And surely not the "2 movies a week" frenzy since we landed in the city of malls (and probably nothing more)

These wouldn't take me too far...

And then these words from Linkin Park's master-piece "In the End" had a different meaning to me...

All I know

Time is a valuable thing

Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings

Watch it count down to the end of the day

The clock ticks life away

It's so unreal

Didn't look out below

Watch the time go right out the window

Trying to hold on, but didn't even know

Wasted it all just to watch you go

I kept everything inside and even though I tried, it all fell apart

What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when

I tried so hard

With Office @ 5 min from home

With 2 day weekends

in Gurgaon

(and wait for it)

Without a TV set!

And when it does, never does it stop,

Worse, I was a compulsive listener,

An audience without an option

A spirit shackled in the ravines of time!

Oh, cut the crap!

I just needed to pass time

I needed to break free

And so I took the path

A mortal on his way to achieve immortality!

Immortality in Spirit and Words!!

I decided to BLOG!!!

and then,

the Insatiable Spirit took over!!
